Flup Fun Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: October 29, 2026

Wolftrail Studio provides Flup Fun, an Android arcade game. This policy explains information processed by the game, its advertising and privacy services, and support communications. It covers the advertising-enabled release, version 1.1.8 and later. Earlier versions may have fewer features.

Information stored on your device

Flup Fun stores your best score locally using Hive. It also stores advertising pacing timestamps and the most recently received minimum supported app version. Google's privacy services may store privacy choices and related status on your device. The game does not require an account, provide a player profile, operate a leaderboard, or upload your score to a Wolftrail Studio gameplay backend.

Removing the app or clearing its storage normally removes its local game settings and score. Device backup or restoration may restore app data, depending on Android and your settings. Resetting app data does not delete information already held by Google or support correspondence.

Advertising and Google's services

Flup Fun uses Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). There are no separate analytics or crash-reporting SDKs in the game. Google's advertising SDK may nevertheless process information about app and ad interactions and technical performance.

Google's services can process your IP address, which can indicate approximate location; app and advertising interactions such as launches, taps and ad views; diagnostic and performance information; and device or other identifiers. These services support ad delivery and measurement, service analytics, fraud prevention, security and regulatory obligations. The app does not request precise location, contacts, camera or microphone access.

This release removes Android advertising ID and Android AdServices permissions from its manifest. It requests nonpersonalized ads, applies Google's child age treatment to all advertising requests, and limits ads to Google's general-audience content rating. Other technical information and permitted identifiers may still be processed; nonpersonalized advertising does not mean that no data is processed. AdMob controls restrict sensitive or adult-oriented advertising categories where available. These controls and G filtering are best-effort and do not guarantee perfect classification of every creative. Permitted identifiers may still be used for frequency capping, aggregated reporting, fraud prevention and security.

Interstitial ads may appear at a break after a round when you choose Play Again. The app uses a grace period and conservative round, time and session limits. It does not offer purchases or rewarded-ad incentives.

Google processes information under its own terms and policies. See Google's Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab), how Google uses information from apps that use its services (opens in a new tab), and Google's advertising information (opens in a new tab). Advertising data sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children and families

Flup Fun's intended audience includes children and adults. The app applies child-directed advertising protections to every player rather than asking children to identify their age. It does not request personalized advertising, and does not ask children to earn in-game rewards by watching ads. Google's UMP requests are marked as under the age of consent, so a consent solicitation may not be shown in this child-treated flow. Google determines which privacy forms and options apply to that configuration and location.

Parents and guardians can contact privacy@wolftrailstudio.com about children's privacy. Please do not send unnecessary personal information about a child. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through support, contact us so we can review and address it.

Privacy choices

Open Settings in the game to read this policy. When UMP requires a privacy-options entry point, Settings also displays Privacy Choices, which opens Google's official form. Applicable options may vary by region, age treatment, and Google's requirements. The game does not substitute a custom consent system or promise that a form is available in every region. Advertising or privacy-service failures do not prevent normal offline gameplay.

You can also review Android's privacy and advertising controls and Google's privacy controls. To ask about access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or other rights available under your local law, contact privacy@wolftrailstudio.com. We may need information sufficient to understand and verify your request. We cannot identify or delete Google's records solely from a local game score; requests concerning Google's own processing may also need to be directed to Google.

Update checks and website requests

The game requests a small minimum-version policy over HTTPS from wolftrailstudio.com. This request does not include your score, account details, or a player identifier. Like other website requests, it exposes network information such as your IP address to our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for delivery and security. The installed version is compared locally. If a received policy requires an update, gameplay is unavailable until you install a supported version. The last received policy can remain effective offline.

Following external privacy, support or Google Play links opens the relevant external service. Those services process information under their own policies. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

Support, sharing and retention

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond, investigate problems and handle privacy requests. Email and hosting providers process communications and network information to deliver these services. Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, or address fraud or security issues.

We retain correspondence as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal or security needs, rather than promising a fixed retention period. Google's retention and international processing practices are described in its policies. Service providers may process information outside your country; applicable protections and rights depend on the service and law.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The updated policy and date will appear at this address.
